                   Eric’s Background

Eric Little is a graduate of Morris Brown College, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Theater Arts. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Christian Leadership.

 

A devoted church planter, Eric has helped establish churches in both Florida and North Carolina. With nearly 30 years of service in the local church and community, he brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and spiritual insight to his work.

                     Monica’s Background 

Monica Little attended Barber-Scotia College in North Carolina, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree. She also holds a Master’s degree in Childhood Education and Leadership from Jacksonville State University. With over 25 years of service in both the educational system and ministry, Monica brings a strong foundation of wisdom, care, and leadership to every space she serves.

                              Their Mission

Eric and Monica share a deep passion to see marriage thrive, grow, and become one of the strongest institutions in the world. They are committed to walking alongside couples who are married, have been married, or desire to be married providing guidance, support, and direction every step of the way. They carry a special burden for individuals between the ages of 22 and 40 who are entering marriage for the first time, helping them build strong, lasting foundations.
